Our refund policy applies to all services provided by Emerge21. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital content and consulting services, we generally do not offer refunds for delivered services or downloadable materials. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
A product was not delivered as described
A technical issue on our end prevented access to the service
3. Workshops & Webinars
For paid workshops and webinars, refunds will be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 14 days prior to the event for a refund. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.
4. Consulting Services
Refunds for consulting services are not available once the service has been provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
